We are able to offer a wide range of services to meet your family's needs and customs. We will listen to you and your wishes to help plan a celebration consistent with your expectations. We will take the time to plan every detail and help to relieve the burden on your family during your time of loss.

The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our clients. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.
General Price List
Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff, Including Overhead
Our fee for the services of funeral director and staff includes, but is not limited to, staff response to the initial request for service; arrangement conference with family or responsible party; arrangement of funeral; preparation and filing of necessary local authorizations and permits; recording vital statistics; staff assistance prior to, during, and following the funeral. Also included are overhead expenses relative to our facility such as insurance, maintenance, and utility expenses; clerical and administrative costs; and equipment and inventory expenses.
Embalming
Embalming is intended to temporarily preserve the remains and enhance the appearance of the deceased. Except in certain cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary if you select certain funeral arrangements such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement which does not require it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

Angelus Funeral Home offers a wide variety of adult caskets and urns. Caskets for infants and small children are also available. A complete Casket Price List will be provided at the mortuary. Rental caskets are also available.

Cremation
Cremation Policy
Additional weight fee of $150 will be assessed for cremations over 300 pounds. Our crematory will not accept metal caskets for cremation. The remains must be removed from the casket and placed in a durable cremation container. The casket will be destroyed if left at our facility. Additional urns or keepsake jewelry will be charged a fee of $25 each plus $12 for each additional burial permit.

Standard Service Plans
Immediate Burial — No Ceremony $2,911
Casket not included. Basic services of funeral director and staff ($2,000); removal from place of death ($450); refrigeration (no charge first 3 days); casket coach for transport to cemetery ($425); 1 death certificate ($24) and 1 burial permit ($12).
Graveside Service $3,361
Basic services of funeral director and staff ($2,000); removal from place of death ($450); casket coach/hearse ($425); use of staff and equipment for graveside service ($450); 1 death certificate ($24) and 1 burial permit ($12).
Forwarding of Remains $3,786
Basic services of funeral director and staff ($2,000); removal from place of death ($450); embalming ($600); utility vehicle transport to airport ($250); airtray combination ($450); 1 death certificate ($24) and 1 burial permit ($12).
Receiving Remains $2,450
Basic services of funeral director and staff ($2,000); transport from airport ($450) if applicable.
Acceptable Methods of Payment
Angelus Funeral Home accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, bank money order, cashier's check, personal checks, and uncontestable life insurance policies, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express.
Personal Checks
We will gladly accept your personal check upon authorization by Certegy Check Clearance, along with a valid State Issued Driver's License or State Issued Identification Card.
Life Insurance
Families choosing to use life insurance to pay for funeral services and merchandise will be assessed an insurance processing fee on the total amount of insurance proceeds being used. Angelus Funeral Home does not receive any portion of this fee. Angelus uses the services of an insurance processing company to quickly process insurance claims and make funds available within the payment schedule established by the mortuary. If you choose not to pay these fees, Angelus Funeral Home will not accept your policy to pay for the funeral services and an alternative acceptable method of payment for services will be established.
